Customer Service Advocate

Industrial Insulation Group (IIG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johns Manville, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Advocate in our Phenix City, AL plant.
Principle Duties &
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Provide customers with product information
Handle customer orders for product
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Enter customer orders in Order Entry System
Maintain customer files
Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, (Microsoft outlook, work, and excel)
Applicants must be enthusiastic, hard working, self motivated, a team player and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
Customer service experience preferred
Fast learner

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
