Job ResponsibilitiesEffectively present both former and new customers with solutions for their financial needs by ways of mail, telephone, and in personCollect accounts using excellent customer service and problem solving skillsAssist the Branch Manager to exceed established goals for the branchReview and investigate customer's inquiries and concernsBecome proficient in sales finance productsMaintain excellent customer service skillsMaintain a clean professional appearanceAssisting in hiring, training, and developing staffBecome proficient in all aspects of branch management (including sales, collections, and personnel management) in preparation for promotion to a management positionQualificationsHigh School Graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
Sales and/or finance experience is helpfulTyping skillsBasic computer knowledgeGood communication skillsWillingness to transfer upon request to other branches in the company's networkWe are a fast paced business with rapid advancement opportunities.
